Welcome back. Yes my Laptop is back after a full service / clean up /virus removal and the addition of Bullguard Internet Security. 

Sadly I was duped into believing BT were improving my Internet Connection - how wrong I can be. 

Bank notified, reported to Police and Laptop sorted.
