Pi Day is when?
For my USA readers…
- Pi Day is very soon upon us; 14th March shortened, using their date formatting, to 3/14 (3.14).
Here in the UK it’s later in the year…
- 22nd July shortened, using our date formatting, to 22/7 which is a fraction approximately equal to 3.14
Functional Skills practitioners should exploit both dates perhaps? What do you think?

Blog Transfer
Posterous made an official announcement that it will be shutting down on April 30th 2013.
The impending closure of Posterous Spaces has brought me back to Blogger.
One of the aspects of Blogger that makes it easy for learners, practitioners and other stakeholders to write new blog posts, is to post via email.
“ If you can write an email, you can post to a Blogger blog”
That is how I've posted the First post of the New "What DL is Happening?" Blog.
I hope that you, my current readers, will follow me and perhaps I’ll even pick up some new readers.
